A warm welcome to those visiting our website for the first time and welcome back to all others.

Founded in 1887, Toowoomba East has had a long association with the city of Toowoomba. It is certainly one of the premier primary schools in the city, catering for children from Prep to Year Seven.
School Badge
We have a proud tradition of providing quality state education and excel in a number academic, cultural and sporting areas.
The school has excellent facilities, including a well resourced library, heated swimming pool, multi-purpose hall, music block, three ICT (Information Communication Technology) rooms, and adventure playgrounds. Because of its proximity to central Toowoomba, the school can also take advantage of facilities such as the beautiful Queen's Park.

Whilst our school does have an enrolment management policy in place to ensure our ability to cope with increasing demand for enrolment, applications from students residing outside of the defined catchment may be accepted subject to vacancies in the required year levels. Please don't hesitate to contact us in relation to enrolment possibilities.

Payment Cut-Off Dates PDF Print E-mail
Written by Administrator
Monday, 05 March 2007

Every excursion or activity conducted through the school, involving a fee, has a closure or cut-off date.  This is essential as bookings must be confirmed, payments made by us and banking completed.

These cut-off dates are publicised when excursion notifications are sent home and are set with ample time for permission slips and payments to be returned.

The website now has a calendar that can be easily accessed. All cut-off dates will be added to the calendar. Please check it often.

Please make note of these dates when you receive them and understand that these dates are the LATEST at which payment can be accepted.  Late payments are not able to be accepted.  If you have difficulties with payments for the more costly activities, please contact the school as soon as possible to make payment plan arrangements.
